Getting started

Connect once and your Jobber data flows into HubSpot automatically.

Add the app in Jobber

Open the Jobber App Marketplace, find JobHub Connect, and click Connect to authorize access to your Jobber account.

Authorize HubSpot

You'll be redirected to HubSpot to choose the portal you want to sync into and approve access. Free HubSpot CRM works fine.

Auto-sync runs

JobHub Connect sets up the properties and pipeline stages it needs, then syncs your clients, quotes, and jobs — appearing as Contacts and Deals in HubSpot, ready for marketing and reporting.

Troubleshooting

I connected but don't see my data yet

The first sync can take a little while, and syncing runs periodically rather than instantly. Give it some time, then refresh your HubSpot Contacts and Deals. Make sure both Jobber and HubSpot show as connected on your dashboard.

I see duplicate contacts

JobHub Connect matches clients to HubSpot contacts by email. Jobber clients without an email address can't be matched and may create separate records. Adding an email in Jobber helps keep contacts deduplicated.

Some fields are missing on a record

The current version syncs the core fields (name, email, phone, address, quote and job details). Custom field mapping is planned for future plans. If a core field isn't showing up, send us the record details below.

I disconnected — can I reconnect?

Yes. Reconnecting detects your existing Jobber account, reuses your setup, and re-provisions the HubSpot pipeline stages if your portal changed. Your previously synced data stays in HubSpot.

The sync seems stuck or out of date

Confirm both connections are active on your dashboard, then wait for the next sync cycle. If it still looks wrong, reach out with your company name and roughly when you noticed the issue and we'll investigate.

Do I need a paid HubSpot plan?

No. JobHub Connect works with HubSpot's free CRM — you get contacts, deals, and pipeline visibility without paying HubSpot.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data safe?

Yes. We don't store your Jobber or HubSpot business data. We only keep encrypted OAuth tokens to authenticate on your behalf. All communication happens over HTTPS.

Is the sync one-way or two-way?

One-way, from Jobber into HubSpot. Changes you make in HubSpot are not pushed back to Jobber. Two-way sync is planned for a future plan.

How often does it sync?

Syncing runs periodically in the current version, so new and updated Jobber data flows into HubSpot on a regular cycle rather than instantly. Real-time sync is planned for a future plan.

Will this mess up my existing HubSpot data?

No. JobHub Connect only creates and updates records linked to Jobber. Your existing contacts, deals, and pipelines stay untouched.

Can I disconnect at any time?

Yes. Disconnect from the Jobber App Marketplace or from your JobHub Connect dashboard whenever you like. Reconnecting later reuses your existing setup.

What does "Early Partner" mean?

Early Partners get the full Starter plan for free in exchange for actively participating: sharing feedback, reporting issues, and helping us prioritize improvements. When the Early Partner period ends, you'll transition to the regular Starter plan ($39/mo, or $29/mo billed annually) — with plenty of advance notice.
