Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with JobHub Connect. If for any reason you are not happy with the Service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — no questions asked.

2. Free Trial

All new Starter plan subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge. This applies to:

  • Your first payment after the trial ends
  • Any subsequent renewal payment (monthly or annual)

Refunds are issued for the full amount of the charge in question. No partial refunds or pro-rating applies — you get the full amount back.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at g.prego@uycode.com with your account email address. We will process your refund promptly, typically within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Billing link in your dashboard or via the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as Merchant of Record for Diegones S.A., the company behind JobHub Connect. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and payment processing.

7. Early Partner Plan

The Early Partner plan is free of charge. No payments are collected and therefore no refunds apply to this plan.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
