Sync timing, manual & full sync
Keep your Jobber data current in HubSpot.
How often it syncs
Once connected, JobHub Connect syncs automatically on a regular cycle. New and updated Jobber clients, quotes, and jobs flow into HubSpot periodically rather than the instant they change. Most updates appear within a few minutes.
To stay efficient, a routine sync only looks at records that have changed since the last successful run, so it stays fast as your data grows. Real-time sync is planned for a future release.
Sync Now
Need an update right away? Open your dashboard and click Sync Now to trigger an immediate sync without waiting for the next cycle. It runs in the background; refresh the dashboard to see the latest status. Like the routine sync, this only pulls records that have changed.
Force Full Sync
Force Full Sync re-reads every Jobber client, quote, and job from the beginning — not just the ones that changed recently. Use it when:
- You deleted a contact or deal in HubSpot and want it recreated. A routine sync won't bring it back on its own, because nothing changed in Jobber — a full sync will.
- Something looks out of date or incomplete and you want to be certain HubSpot matches Jobber.
A full sync still respects the sync range you chose at setup, so it won't pull in quotes or jobs from before your cutoff date and won't create duplicates of records already in HubSpot.
Duplicates & email matching
Clients are matched to contacts by email, so the same client won't create two contacts. If you see duplicates, the usual cause is Jobber clients without an email address — they can't be matched and may each create a record. Adding emails in Jobber resolves this going forward. Disconnecting & reconnecting
You can disconnect at any time — from the Jobber App Marketplace or from your JobHub Connect dashboard. Disconnecting stops the sync; the data already in HubSpot stays exactly as it is.
When you reconnect, JobHub Connect recognizes your existing Jobber account, reuses your previous setup, and re-creates the HubSpot pipeline stages if your portal changed. You won't re-import old records unless you choose to.
Quick troubleshooting
I connected but don't see my data yet
The first sync can take a little while. Give it a few minutes, confirm both Jobber and HubSpot show as connected on your dashboard, then refresh your HubSpot Contacts and Deals.
The sync seems stuck or out of date
Check that both connections are still active on your dashboard, then try Sync Now. If it still looks wrong, run a Force Full Sync. Still stuck? Reach out with your company name and roughly when you noticed the issue.
